How do I add another set of tees to a course already in the database?

I played a course that is already in the data base and updated the info on the course like address, website but cannot add the other tees. It shows just Blue and red but has Gold and white as well and ofcourse i play off the whites. how do I add the other tees?

New Teebox

Click on the course name. This should bring you to the course details. At the bottom is a link to add a new teebox.

Adding tee boxes

I've tried several times to add a teebox to one of my courses but it never works. I hit the edit course button, add the teebox, save, etc. but no luck.
